Do any property managers have recommendations for software that help them automate more processes?

Once I moved over to SignNow, I don't get any complaints and I have it built into my automation as well. 

I don't think your job can be automated that soon.

Most of the requests for highest and best offers are truly automated, and it's not like there is a guy that stamps "approved" or "denied" on each offer :) The banks have zero emotion, so as a buyer, you too need to have no emotions.

In the future, i may automate my process which would add cost to the marketing but right now i'm doing ok and enjoying the journey.

I think a lot of these lenders are maybe overvaluing some of their properties and aren't happy until they can get all or most of the note paid off or they are going by some kind of automated plan before they finally decide to sell.I've contacted them about possibly selling some of my properties through their site because I would also like to get top dollar but so far they haven't emailed me or called me back.

As mentioned earlier, a website can help you build credibility (if it looks professional), and it can also automate some things for you.For example, if your marketing includes a website, some people will go there for more information and can fill out a form that includes details you'd normally have to ask them over the phone, which can save you time.  

We aim to outsource (virtual assistants) all duties that can be automated (analyzing markets/properties, marketing, data entry plus other tasks that we recognize).
