Property Management Software to Automate more Processes

Trevor Liefer
Posted

Do any property managers have recommendations for software that help them automate more processes? We currently use Buildium to do all of the basic functions necessary right now but we are trying to make a push to automate more things and increase efficiency across the board.  For example, we have looked into using Till (https://www.hellotill.com/) to help make rent collections more efficient and have looked into using Rhino (https://www.sayrhino.com/) to reduce the liability of holding security deposits.

Is there any other piece of software/ technology / apps that have helped improve a process for you or made a current process of yours more efficient?
