And Fair Housing NC lists protected classes as "race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability".I think the person you spoke to at the PM company misunderstood the law or miscommunicated it.

The issue with that is (1) it may be placing the cart before the horse and (2) it will come at a higher requirements for you to both fund and establish those LLCs.

We have an electrician install POE ports near the cameras and boom we're off to the races. 

@Bryce Witcher first you research A/ the market, you form the relationships and then put an investment plan...You cant put the cart before the horse...

Maybe you have a restaurant or bar, or a mobile home park, or a storage unit facility, or a horse stable or an auto dealership or repair shop, or a grocery store, or an entertainment venue.
