What are other options to buy and hold while recycling my cash and not getting too deep on negative cash flow?

Owning yourself can make more sense if your looking to hold longer term, though there are funds like open-door capital that hold for 20 years or so.

If my client wants to sell to an owner occupant, usually brings more competition and a higher price, then I ask them to give notice and we’ll list once they’re out as we cannot have tenant holding over and ruining the closing.

Are there any compelling reasons to hold onto this or can we just lick our wounds and free ourselves of the burden?

I haven't found an answer to this specific question on BP or elsewhere online: if I die, and my SDIRA that holds investment property goes to my adult child, what are his/her options?
