The best you can do really is network with lenders or contact a great commercial mortgage broker to get a feel for what the prevailing ltv's for your food group (i.e. office, mixed use, industrial, hotel) are.

I'm investing to earn money to put food on the table so if someone isn't paying rent, or a mortgage payment, etc, they're taking money away from my kids and I won't have that.Happy Holidays to you as well.
