I would only buy hotel properties that have a clear traffic driver and strong supply-demand characteristics.

I also had a "for rent" sign in the yard with my phone number and Web site.One thing I thought of, but didn't end up doing, was posting a notice at the property, on the inside of one of the front windows.

Otherwise you get stuck in traffic in Baltimore each day unless you have unregular work hours.

Greetings,  I have been scouring the inter webs trying to find a solution to what I want to do with my G.I.

The traffic has become worse but I have yet to sing Good night Irene because appreciation keeps occurring. 

The lake front property is not the nicest layout wise - kind of a tri-level but its 5 bedrooms with a great view and a cove for swimming that isn't out in the boat traffic area).Anyone have experience renting a place like this on a yearly lease - is that a difficult ask?
