If they don't have a bank account but get five stars from previous landlords on rent payments with no issues and had a long-term tenancy, that would make a difference with me.

She will be having a baby soon and will need a bigger place, and due to the baby they want a single family for fear of baby making too much noise and disturbing other tenants..I hate to lose these tenants as they are really "all star tenants" that don't come along very often.

Don't forget Myrtle Beach, SC, it has something like 100 golf courses, and 50 are 4 star or better.
