A concrete and committed marketing plan will generate leads and quality deals.

If your end product adds more quality then you need to show it through your comps.

But there are always some doubts when we are going to hire a real estate agent that what are the qualities should have in a good real estate agent.

Conversely, when it comes to selling your property - it never hurts to have several agents on speed dial so you can notify them of a hot property as soon as (or event before) it hits the market.
