I like to leverage tech and it's really gotten better the last couple years.The type of deals I'm interested in are wholesaling lease options ala Joe McCall(his software is REI SImple), and/or possibly doing land deals ala Jack Bosch (his software is Investment Dominator).Then I learned about Propelio, and it seems pretty darn comprehensive and comes with a ton of training.I do recognize the advantages of systematizing, and so at some point I will likely want to pull the trigger on a system to help me. 

We want to get into rentals and potentially flipping as well as a way to replace my income but just aren't sure when the right time to pull the trigger is. 

When they complete yes that triggers our rent to own processes with that client. 

As a right now I still educating myself in real state, but as soon as I find the right deal, I’m pulling the trigger.

However, if cashflow is what yall are looking for, I would say pull the trigger and figure out the rest as you go!
