How about volunteering with an organization like Habitat for Humanity or with a local church on a similar project?

The tenants told me that the one tank needed to be pumped several times in 5 months since human waste was coming up in the shower.  

I usually recommend calling the support line of the software you are evaluating to see if a real human answers your questions intelligently also and understands your business.
