Their remedy for the violation is to call the loan due and foreclose if you don't pay it off.

About $150k over budget wrong...with everything from a chimney suspended in mid-air to mold remediation and extensive termite damage (all of which could have ben avoided with better up-front diligence).

I think the risk of having it installed wrong concerning water leaks is way less than a shower base, and could usually be remedied in some way.

Look into the electrical main, lead, and asbestos remediation too.good luck!
