@Stella Xu I do believe that was already occurring at a slow rate of migration away from high priced and disadvantageous tax regions.

If I add these all up they are more than 20k but will also not all occur every 20 years, so this is sort of an average. 

The evictions occurring all at once will have a temporary blip in the vacancy rate, but should not be a long term effect.

This has held off a huge wave of real estate defaults that would normally be occurring under the massive levels of unemployment we currently have.
