If you can get all those people you coach/helped to come out and vouch that they were wealthy after your coaching on close to a 100 percentile basis and they show evidence of it to be true, without question you will have zero problem lining these people up.

That means that it could have been treated last year but if there is no way to document that, then you will likely be required to retreat, especially if there was any evidence of damage found during the inspection.I have purchased property which you can obviously tell has been treated previously by observing the exterior for signs of prior treatment but there was no documentation on the date of treatment and I was required to retreat.
