Today during the pandemic, out of the 160+ properties we track (there are more but they are scattered out with multiple property managers and a few are self managed), so far there are 10 tenants that have not paid the full rent on schedule at some point during the last 7 months. 5 of these tenants recently caught up on the rent or made arrangements acceptable to the owner.
