. - i use JScott's paint of choice - SW realist beige. everyone loves it- i use this tile for the bath - floor and tub surround. now a days i always put a niche. i didn't used to before thinking it was cheaper. i also use Aqua defense (lowes) on the backer board (floor and walls) to water proof everything. i HATE HAVING PROBLEMS ONCE TENANTS MOVE IN!!!
