If planking is stiff, hardibacker or durock bedded in thinset, creating a monolithic substrate is best option and will take out smaller waves if done correctly.

Hello Everyone,I'm under contract with a 1920 year built duplex in south part of Meridian Kessler (between 39th st and 40th st) for $205,000, 4 bed 1 bath on each side.  

The property that I'm considering is a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Tarzana for 219k, which would cashflow if rented out for 1700.

I am thinking about buying a property with 3 beds and 1 bath. 1 bath to me just doesn't seem very attractive to a family.

Some people might like bamboo floors, hemp drapes and solar panels, but they don't mean squat in my market.
