Our clients who pinch every penny, do the bare minimum, and cut costs by trying to outsource work to their own vendors (who are usually flaky as hell), think they know better than us, and who insist on dramatic rental increases against our advice - those clients would probably say they don't have the best experience with our company.  

Maybe the market doesn't crash per se, but I don't see how it wouldn't at a bare minimum stabilize.

We're currently working with a landscape designer to make the front and back yards pop because they came pretty bare.

They are currently getting 225 avg per cabin (with the above units barely rented). and 175-200/ for rooms in the house. 

At the current difference, you're barely cash flowing if at all.

At the bare minimum, you shouldn't be paying rent for days with no kitchen.

As tempting as this is, I can't help but notice the interest rates creeping up and I live in an area where sadly $250,000 would barely be enough to put down on another investment property as prices have skyrocketed especial over the past 18 months.
