I really enjoy the magical mortgage elimination threads, but I am sure there are others far more entertaining that I have missed!

I felt nickel and dimed for every "new program" the firm rolled out while hauling in a lot of business where the commission I earned was being split as well - for what appeared to be for "entertainment value" versus anything tangible.

The common denominator for ALL of these neighborhoods is reliable public transportation and the ability to obtain food/drink/entertainment/groceries without getting in a car.  

Honestly I wouldn't entertain any overseas lender particularly if they fit the above suspicious behavior but mostly because there are more than enough lenders in the states here that are easily vettable in comparison.

Most marketers have a "story" to engage and entertain an audience.

Hi BP members, I'm Jen from Brooklyn, NY and new to BP as well as real estate investing.I found BP through the BiggerPockets Podcast and in the past few weeks have listened to at least one episode a day while riding the subway to work.I currently work in the fashion and entertainment industry and while it is fun, it can be challenging to secure a future in such a fickle industry.I became interested in REI years ago after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad but nothing ever came of it until now.

I have found this forum to be very useful, elightening, and entertaining too.

The bank wants the property listed on the MLS before they entertain any offers.
