I use digital Watchdog cameras and Digital watchdog software.

They dig it because if I'm not on a job site to answer their question they can reference it really quick.

My vacancy rates are down in the low single digits and maintenance is virtual non existent.

This is a digital meter and reads in kWh so it would be impossible to turn stuff on and off to see how fast it's counting.

Some may recommend parking it in the stock market, which could get you higher yield. but also opens you to double digit loss.
