The primary reasons being the recent openings of large steel manufacturering and automotive assembly plants.

I read an interesting post on driving for dollars and I think so far that it's the best way to plant the seeds necessary to succeed in wholesales.

IE installing septic systems in many different scenarios and building a compact treatment plant for a subdivision we developed in Rural Nevada county CA. 

There is a ton of growth potential around here w/ Boeing, SPAWAR, and soon the Volvo plant and I want to take advantage of this.
