I've listened to the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and I've been reading books to try to get up to speed and soak up as much information as I can about the business.I have long term goals of owning rental properties in different cities across the country, as well as owning some Airbnb vacation properties.

I am soaking it all in and in the near future you will see another post from me telling all of you about closing my first deal.I'm working more and more towards that first property. 

I am very new to the RE investing world so I would like to soak up as much information as possible before I move to Oregon that way I can hit the ground running.

Just think of your business cards as seeds that must be planted in order to reap the harvest.

Soak up the information on the forum and be prepared to work.

There are bad seeds in every industry --dare I say, even investors-- :wowo: Based on your postings, you've stated that you wholesale and your profile states you are looking for short sales.
