I currently have an offer on a mobile home that I own and was hoping to get some more counsel on deciding wether or not to go through with it, the offer is $12,000 under asking ($93,000) and my asking price is $5,000-10,000 under current listings ($105,000).It’s owned free and clear and am just debating if it’s worth holding onto until the current COVID situation is over and now that it’s the spring season.

There is a the way of taking it from non to repaying again and seasoning it for 6 months and resell it.You could always do a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure and get the house back and then run either an REO play or Seller Financed route.
