Thoughts on selling during this time
I currently have an offer on a mobile home that I own and was hoping to get some more counsel on deciding wether or not to go through with it, the offer is $12,000 under asking ($93,000) and my asking price is $5,000-10,000 under current listings ($105,000).
It’s owned free and clear and am just debating if it’s worth holding onto until the current COVID situation is over and now that it’s the spring season. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
