It is a one on one basis analysis and not a blanket to cover all.... but the fact that Flat Fed Listing services (Entry Only Brokerages) exist and are growing exponentially, can be understood that the public considers listing agents too expensive ... this is our opinion for most situations.On the other hand, Bure Agents deserve their money.

I've also gotten feedback from other realtors that they typically don't like showing a home listed by a flat fee agent (unless requested by the client) due to them knowing they won't get a regular paycheck once the deal is closed (at least that's what they tell me which i haven't fully understood why since the buyer pays their portion of the closing costs, could use some help here).

Completely agree with the relationship part as if they were smart and understood repeat business, they'd want to offer lower rates and not just the same as the competition.

To me, once I really understood how buy and hold rental real estate works, I saw how it can be more like having that one carefully watched and protected basket, while stocks seem more like scattering the eggs and hoping the person watching each basket is doing a good job.
