This isn't the only way, but you'll at least know who the main players are that likely have experience and connections.  

You can get 1 on 1 coaching from big players in this area for under $200 an hour. coaching is generally much better than classes. it's tailored directly towards you and holds you much more accountable to take action if you're doing 1 on 1 coaching every 2 weeks.

There are guys who work the courthouse steps, so I went to watch how that works and would recommend you learn those players, as they sell wholesale houses to investors when they get a deal they don't want to keep.

@Brenton Tigner Jr - It sounds like there is a ton of upside if market rents are at $900, and a lot are paying $500.Maybe thing about bird dogging or wholesaling the deal to a bigger player.

I am an intermediate level amateur guitar player, always willing to talk shop about that.

Do a search Herr on BP for tax liens and you will quickly see who the players are in that niche.

The owners view (and mine) is that this is a building amenity and are happy to 'break even' on the costs while leaving the headaches to someone else.The big player is Coin-matic but they don't have the best reputation.

These prices could be higher or lower depending on specific markets and players you choose.
