Realistic Down Payment & Closing Cost on a Turnkey
Still in the learning stages of real estate. I have never purchased a house before so I just want to make sure I have a realistic picture painted. Turnkey as of right now is what will make me feel the most comfortable with investing. How much cash in hand do I need to have before I even start looking at a property? How much will a down payment and closing cost actually cost me? (Yes I know that every market is completely different.) Is there a way to come up with a down payment sooner via a loan or is that too risky of an idea? Any other info I should know before I approach a Turnkey?
