:help: I am filling out a contract...and assignment contract, for a property, I'm down to the part where it says hereby assigns all rights to said contract to: person's name("Assignee") in exchange for compensation in the amount of __$___________________________________.the exchange part is where I'm drawing a blank...do I put the purchase price of the property, or would I put what I'm making off of the property here.

He said you wanna make sure they are working for YOU on your deals and NOT reping the other party, plus you would not want to work with an agent that has no clue on IP.Hope that helps a little, to give you at least a start.
