Hello, I am new in investing in Real Estate. I am very interested in anyone's thoughts , specifically on financing Investments. I currently have an Oppty to invest in a Duplex in Tx , 3000 Sq Ft / 1500 Sq Ft per side , $200K. Rent will be $2000 / Mth. The location is in Central Texas. I have done my research and See Texas as a growht area. The area has alot of of commerce and Colleges. The cash flow would be B/E , but my thought is I would hold on and exit strategy would be to sell over time - The going price / Sq Ft is $96 , buy in at around $86 , $15K Equity versus other appraisals in the area. Doe anyone have any thoughts ? Thank you Cash Flow B/E is 10% down.
