Looking to finance a 15 home package.

I tried to give them a super thorough organized package of everything they'd need upfront to transfer everything over.  

What I do, is come in and create a powerful marketing package for that property, including photos and video if needed, and I target those renters who I've been working with, and it seems to be working great!

I really appreciate the value of the information I’ve received so far as well as the overall packaging and presentation.

I guess if you package your wholesaling business as more of a deal service provider vs. a whole saler maybe it makes more sense.But then again, being that I'm a rookie here, I wouldn't know for sure.

@Dan Miles you really have to find your WHY like @Gino Barbaro said, then only after realizing that things will not come wrapped up in a gift package sent from a vacant address 20 minutes away from your house ( just saying it in a nicer way than @Joe Villeneuve was saying, and you should follow his bullet points, be systematic or you will set yourself up for more discouraging realizations ).

I'm 71 years old.... that's "old enough" to know I need experienced team members whose assistance will net me far more than what they will charge for helping me obtain my goals with minimal risk of investment loss.I haven't been able to determine the cost and detailed explanation of subscribing to the "Pro package."

I was approached on 2 condo package deal $200K in a very good location in Athens, GA.

Just put a summary of that first property into a package to show that you know you know what you're doing.

I have an opportunity to buy a package of 2 duplexes that are attached.
