If I were to continue to practice in Mass., I'd transfer my license to eXp in Mass too. 

Alternatively, you can send out a mass mailing by area, neighborhood, or zip code in order to find all of the vacant houses within that specific area.

What really scares me is the Herds of masses investing their hard earned money in 401K and IRA.  

I might hire someone out cheap to handwrite the outside for a few cents per envelope if I can find it.I just think handwritten on the outside sets you apart as the receiver thinks you are not sending out mass junk to everyone but specifically trying to communicate with them.So I haven't ran a test if handwritten on the outside over time would be worth the extra expense say if I did 1,000 a month.

How do you guys or what system do you guys use to send out messages to mass amounts of people?
