I wonder how many people have done this and what recommendations you might have for this effort (web site, company, association, networks, etc).

I was thinking about making a web page for it also, and posting it on several land for sale and development web pages (if you know of any good ones, please let me know), would that be a good approach?

Incidentally, I get magazines from two apartment associations and I read every page of every copy and I am always surprised when I realize that I just learned something that is critical for keeping up with the laws.
