Nobody believes that you are using drone technology to scope out deals, and if you were using the same sources for your information that I was using prior to taking the leap to your platform, your data would be accurate.

My lender said he thinks it is legit for me to get a check directly, but I'm wondering if anyone has done anything like this before, I really don't want to end up in jail for fraud :) If this is legit, I'm wondering what's stopping anyone from scamming the system. 

Without a legit POF or preapproval though, the bank won't even process your short sales package.

If you are legit, you are going to be impossibly leveraged if the deal doesn't go off perfectly.
