Now that I think about it we did it on the platform because after we canceled they tried to book again but could not get the number of days any longer and messaged us on it.The thing is my cabin they booked was more of a high end vacation rental with an indoor heated pool.  

Our one duplex is fantastic and very unique.  2 story townhome style with poured foundation.

Hi All,I have an offer in on a 4-flat in Chicago, 2 and 2 side by side style.

It has 3 common indoor hallways that are about 120ft long 1 on each floor and stairwells. 

Can anyone recommend simple (and affordable) software platforms that work well with flipping and BRRRR style investments?
