The area is not high crime - it is a rural blue collar town that has a good industrial park for people to work.

We bought an industrial deal that was leased a few months ago where the bank lent us 75% and the seller held a second mortgage for 25%.

I recommend meeting bankers, brokers, property managers in you market specifically on referrals from others already in the industry.

For example, while pop is moving out of Cleveland, the city is dominated by medical and tech industries and the prices are still reasonable.

So long story short, I am hoping to cut out one more person, get a better introduction to the industry and potentially broaden my network by being more technically competent in the industry. 

How would someone who has never had any property management experience, but is pretty well learned of the industry get their foot in the door with an entry level job?

How can I learn and earn in real estate industry
