In October of last year, me and my sister moved into the house and I have been in the process of buying the house off of him ever since.

Admittedly, a 100+ unit property is bigger than I've ever dealt with but I'd be happy to help out if I can.

Many will tell you more about it than you would ever imagine.Getting additional info from the owner is helpful but getting it from the tenants is almost always more enlightening (and truthful).

Have you ever done a wholesale deal already?

FTR, that's the only time I've ever felt the need to spray that house. 

She also stated the dogs were suppose to be caged which is no where in the lease or was it ever discussed.

That said, there are now just over 4,000 short-term rentals in Denver, and there have been only 6 cases this year that have actually been pushed to the city attorney's office, so the likelihood of anything ever happening appear to be slim.
