I’ve been dealing mainly in Delaware county in $60k-$70k neighborhoods 

I have considered instead putting that money towards the main property and getting the ARV up instead, just not sure if the appraiser will de value it because of the back property. 

We will be moving to DE and purchasing our "retirement home" there. 

When I would see a roach after that, it was dead or dying, and I could even see the white powder on them, so I know the DE had something to do with it.
