Hey Everyone,

Wanted to reach out to see if anyone has had experience with buying a property at the Delaware County Sheriff Sale? There online list is confusing on which properties are actually going up for auction for the present month and not sure if I need to go to the courthouse to get an updated list. Please reach out and share your experience thank you!
