I saw a post from another Omaha host about a guy smoking weed and leaving meth traces (and used needles) scattered at her place, so I asked her who the guy was.

They will do a basic inspection (windows operable, hot / cold water, heating, stove, smoke detectors, front door needs to lock).

The broker will in turn understand you are serious and will want to find you a deal (I caution that you should not blow smoke - if you want to be taken serious, be professional and serious.

I agree with with @Bill F. about Midway Park,  there is some potential over there but it better be a smoking deal or you may be sitting on it for a while if it's a flip.  

However, you have to be careful because they can still have liens attached to them as well as you usually cannot get inside to see these so you truly are taking a shot in the dark.  

Yes, that's brutal, but you don't need more smoke-n-mirrors, you need a reality check.

Pulling the cases was like firing into the dark and I pulled 3 cases that were worthless.
