I figured it was time to reach out and start networking. 

I'd like to network with some investors/builders interested in building a few homes in an existing subdivision with homes priced in the $350k range. 

Ideally, I would like to find a similar company because they will already have a large network of buyers for my contracts.

Education and networking are the real tools to success in real estate, not capital, although it certainly can help.

This is easiest when you have a big network in the area of the property as word of mouth spreads fast.May find lots of tire kickers, but these are pretty simple and cost effective ways to get things rolling.
