And the death-song has been the moment any accountability crops up for such a consumerism, the laser focus of protecting the consumer economy means blame Blame BLAME someone, something ANYTHING else for the falter because we "need" the consumerism......

Almost take the house tenant free or have some form of an agreement to vet the tenant above and beyond. 

If you already have two tenants, that means your rental unit has been approved..your tenants are screened (since they have to be screen through the housing authority) and you get to promote your rental place for free?

This is rarely the case for the following reasons:In 15 years of doing residential and commercial real estate, I have never seen an investor sell a performing asset. 100% of the time of the investigated properties, they were losing money.

(It comes with 1-2 years and many credit cards double it for free.)The ONLY time I buy appliance extended warranties is when buying clearance items.
