Unexpectedly, a relative has moved in with her two young children.

They denied it back in April but now they say they'll fill out an application on the additional adult that has her 4 children with her.

Allow them to take away everything, they must take everything and not put in the dumpster, they will try and take the decent furniture first but have them take all the filth first directly to the dump, they can sell the rest, maybe even allow garage sale on that long driveway. 5. now you got the smelly stuff out pay them $200 to scrub every surface to your satisfaction, and put carpet or whatever remains in the dumpster.

I noticed an opportunity in there since the cabins are in excellent conditions except for the fact that they do not have any furniture in the inside and they have no been attended during the last 3 years.

You can run the IRR out as long as you'd like, but one way or another, you won't own the property forever.What about passing it onto children?
