folks... last time I was in this situation I was getting very nervous, when I tried to dial seller's phone, by the time I get to the seventh digit I would just quit. finally, I mustered enough courage and told her my number. and when she accepted I flipped over from my chair and spelled the coffee. hardly believed it!!.

Because our next question is based on understanding the above.So, we are planning to rehab and flip (in the beginning; we also want to do some buy and hold in the future), and in the course of learning how to do this, we came across the idea of incorporating to protect our personal assets (such as they are) and to shelter some of our money.

Every one of the units that were for people in wheelchairs had the lower cabinet countertops, wider doors, ramps if necessary, either a large space to wheel into for a shower or one of those side panel opening tubs, lower sinks in bathrooms, some had assistance swing arms for using the toilet (not everyone of the tenants required this feature and was quite expensive to order and maintain), washer and dryers that were spaced just slight to allow someone in a wheel chair access to both when both doors were open.
