I just moved out of my parents house and spent all my savings on furniture and a car for my fiancé, so I have no savings left.

All I can think of would be furniture that I may or may not use to furnish an apartment for extra rent. 

The wealth of resources included is extremely impressive: Over 200 lessons and 80+ hours of video lessons in the masterclass component, 10+ live calls per month with specialists in various aspects of STRs (including at least one a month with Rob), a growing community that gives you a built-in network of fellow STR investors/realtors/lenders right off the bat (1.5K+ members of the Facebook group), and lots of perks like downloadable spreadsheets/resources and membership to a group purchasing organization that gives 30-75% discounts on furniture from West Elm, Crate&Barrel, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, among others.

Do an open house, but have it cost you nothing, or make a few bucks by having sponsors, who kick in some money to help fund it/the flyers; I work with local coffee, flooring, furniture and financing companies, who all get some promo out of it.

Aside from being bulky, a lot of it doesn't apply to situations where neither party is working with a realtor. 

I wouldn't be bothered by sconces except they sometimes interfere with furniture placement. 

No furniture, etc so the owner's relatives probably cleaned up the place.  

Initially, I thought it was a house that was vacant for a long time but then I see some newer fixtures and furniture.

It's got wood floors, new furniture in all rooms, game room, utilities all covered and cleaning service every 2 weeks.
