Green 2003 Subaru Legacy 4Door Wagon (with back seats down it makes a good size cargo bed and I like working at the lower height.)We used to have an Orange 1976 Ford Econoline Cargo Van but the gas mileage was terrible, the steering was pretty loose, the speedometer was broken, and the body started to leak (couldn't keep out the Pacific Northwest rain!)

They also need to build a larger fence as the half grown pup literally reaches over the existing fence in an attempt to play with the neighbors small yappy dog.Both the couple & the attorney had to buy much larger vehicles to comfortably transport the new addition!!!!

Two weeks ago she wanted to turn her furnace on but it wouldn't kick on so she went to the basement to see if the pilot was out.When she attempted to open the basement door she found it practically swollen shut, but was able to push it open.

I'm attempting to stretch our collective landlord imagination the same way - with fiction.Anyway, back to the drawing board to work out a better phrase to describe a landlord that uses their rental in a new manner to diversify income so they aren't solely reliant on tenant rents.
