The big things you want to make sure of is  1) the piers are spaced appropriately to support the home, 2) Piers are an appropriated diameter, there is a big difference between a 12" diameter pier and a 10" diameter pier (which many companies use), 3) Make sure they piers go deep enough into the ground; at least 36" below surface and they must "bell" out to ensure stability.

Make sure you double plate; two 2x4's have the minimum burn time.Also, exterior walls are not always straight and sometime there are gaps where the stud walls adjoin.

Also, their projected return on the website doesn't include tons of hidden expenses, when all taken into the account - I came up with very poor return numbers - but on the surface Norada looks awsome - so much confidence in their words, such clear-cut postst on the forum...
