Gurus are on tv all day everyday telling well meaning people that they don't have to know anything or do anything to be involved in this business and they will still get rich.

Unless you are referring to something like a TV in the window of your own property, then that shouldn't be a problem.

We currently live in a very very warm place and want to only see snow on the TV and when snowboarding! 

, stuff like that is a no for me dawg.Picky guests that ask a lot of questions up front are always a problem - get a retired couple that just wants to golf for a week, they are the best guests (make sure you have directions for them on how to work the TV lol).

The internet may have been in it's beginnings, but there were still books, libraries, radio, and TV and those methods have been in common use for at least centuries if not millennia. 

Are any of your competitors offering Rental Concession, ie..1st month free rent, a free "Color TV", a free "Phone", etc...

Remove all of the unused TV dishes on the roof.

Too many "guru's", fix n flip tv shows, weekly meet-ups, etc etc....they don't listen to people like me and you.

I have it even worse than that , I let a woman move in with me and there are 2 boys , they are noisy and messy , they turn up the TV too loud , play on the drums , and pee on the toilet seat .
