I drove to the unit that night and the police/DEA had obviously served a warrant and the doors were all smashed in.  

But when you look at the corruption of the Mayors office and Police Department, it's no surprise.

Call the police and have him removed if they will do it.

So when you do month to month and say you want your tenant out after the month lease expires, do you still need to do the eviction process still or because they arent in a lease you can call the police and have them removed for trespassing? 

You probably would have a hard time getting a police officer to make an arrest so keep that in mind.Never discuss the return of the SD with the tenant unless required by law.

You can probably expect more drinking, drugging and fighting also, and accompanying police calls and damage.

Downtown and Midtown are definitely improved, but there are neighborhoods that need police, fire, and lights.
