I often get good used vinyl windows from Habitat or recyclers.I usually buy and stock pile good used (standard size) vinyl windows when I find them for sale on the inter net.

Try finding the manufactures name on the frame and look up on the internet how to get the window out.There may be small hidden tabs (possibly replaceable) on it that hold it up.Good Luck!

Since 1031 is a federal statute practiced identically in all states and also followed by almost all states and since many 1031s cross state lines anyway the location of your QI is not quite as important as with some other of your vendors.To find someone at the local level there may be someone who is an affiliate member of your local Realtor association or board of realtors.
