like the 90 day deed restrictionor this one about swearing your going to owner occ this person asked how to get around it.or the sub too rules how to keep loan from getting called when there is an alienation clause.WEll those rules are their for a reason that only our federal government knows why but they are rules and the fed is prosecuting those that violate them.. 10 years ago never happened or it was rare.I am in no way insinuating that your suggesting anyone do anything that is not exactly legal or correct..
