Direct marketing, we use craigslist with ads and we are about to venture into direct mailing.

It was a totally different HD than the one I know as a DIY consumer.

Basically, this is my first venture of this type and I could really use any practical and constructive advice that anyone has to offer.

Im not a lawyer but I've researched this extensively and I have LLCs in non real estate ventures.  

The skills of wholesaling are similar to a realtor (comps,comps,comps)plus you have to know your rehab costs cold and have end buyers or  joint venture partners lined up  to get the deal done 

Our Manufactured Home biz is looking like it will be one of our cash cows this year and will generate significant revenues by which we pay our nut while our passive income portfolio will continue to grow through RE acquisitions and other ventures.
